Discovery questionnaire.

A focused written questionnaire replaces a discovery call. The whole point is to get the right information from you in the form that is most useful to us, with zero meetings clogging your calendar.

What we ask for

  • Your training history and current practice

  • Your clinical philosophy in your own words
  • The doctors and sites you admire (and dislike)
  • Languages, locations, and any photography you have

What we do

Read every answer carefully and turn it into the brief that the rest of the build runs on. We will email you within one business day if anything is unclear or incomplete.

What you receive

A confirmation that we have what we need to start, and a clear timeline for Step 02. From this point onward you can stop thinking about the project until we send the draft.

Research and write.

This is where the editorial work happens. We research your specialty, your training pathway, and your practice context, then draft the entire site narrative from a blank page.

What we do

  • Background research: institutions, training, publications
  • Specialty context: what your patients are actually searching for
  • Compliance read against your jurisdiction's rules
  • Full narrative draft, written in editorial third person
  • Headlines, body, FAQ, and meta-copy in one pass

What you receive

The full written draft delivered as a clean document. Read on your phone in the breaks between consults. Mark anything you want changed.

What you do

Review and reply with your edits. Most clients send 5 to 15 small adjustments. Heavy structural rewrites are rare because the questionnaire does most of the structural work upfront.

Design and build.

With the narrative locked, the site comes together: bespoke design, front-end build, mobile optimisation, on-page SEO, and integration with your booking or messaging surface.

What we do

  • Mobile-first responsive testing on real devices
  • SEO meta, schema.org structured data, sitemap, robots

What you receive

A live preview link to the working site on a staging URL. Open it on your phone, your iPad, your wife's phone, your clinic computer. Everything works on every device.

What you do

Click through, read aloud, share with a trusted colleague if you like. Send back any final adjustments. This is the right moment for medium revisions: copy tweaks, image swaps, layout preferences.

Step 04 · Together · ~1 business day

Review and launch.

Final review, last polish, then launch on your personal domain with full SEO and analytics in place.

What we do

What you receive

A live, indexed site at your personal domain. Login to your domain registrar in your name. A short handover document covering DNS, hosting, and analytics access. The site files themselves if you want them.

Post-launch

30 to 90 days of post-launch support depending on your tier. Cover any bugs, copy edits, or technical questions. After that, optional Monthly Maintenance keeps hosting and updates running for $16 per month.

Why everything is async.

No scheduled calls, no Zoom links, no calendar negotiations.

Every Drfol.io engagement runs on written questionnaires, email, and WhatsApp. You do not need to find a 30-minute window between clinics to talk to us. You write when you have five minutes between cases, you read drafts on your phone in the carpark, and you reply when it suits you. We respond within one business day, usually faster.

The async model is also why our questionnaires are longer than most agencies' onboarding forms. The 15 minutes you spend filling them out replace the 90 minutes a typical agency would take across a discovery call, a follow-up call, and a clarification email thread. Written input is also more useful to us than a call: it gives us your actual words, in your actual voice, that we can quote and shape into the narrative.

If you genuinely prefer to talk something through, we will jump on a 15-minute WhatsApp voice note exchange. We just do not schedule meetings. The model is built for clinicians, and clinicians do not have free Tuesdays at 2pm.
